Caroline Laszcz is a senior at UGA. My major is advertising, however, I would like to work in the music industry when I graduate. Music is my passion and I would love to be able to do something with promotions within the music industry. I’m eager to learn as much about technology and new media as possible, as these skills will definitely be applicable in the line of work I wish to enter.
Bria Earls is a senior majoring in Advertising, Minoring in Film Studies, and pursuing the New Media Certificate.She has had past internship experience in the production field with Bounce TV, and she currently works as a freelancer for the network on breaks from school. She has a passion for the production set, and ultimately hopes to contribute to the entertainment industry from both behind, and in front of the camera.
Meghan McLynn is a fourth year advertising student. She has been appointed to numerous leadership positions within the Grady College of Journalism. Learning about digital technologies drives her to think creatively and bring new ideas to a table. Ideally, she aspires to work at an advertising agency in Atlanta where she can combine her communications and new media skills to create multidimensional campaigns.
Sheryar Ali is a fourth year Advertising and Sociology student with a minor in Spanish and in pursuit of the New Media Certificate. He has been heavily involved with the University by working as a UGA Tour Leader as well as a UGA Orientation Leader this past summer. He hopes to one day pursue a career in Account Management for a large advertising firm. He believes the skills he has acquired in the New Media Institute will help him communicate more efficiently and effectively with various clients.
